X Fitness, owned and operated by Gino Arcaro and his family, opened its doors in 2001 in the City of Welland. After 21 years, it was time to move back to where it all began in 1985: Port Colborne. On April 1, we open the doors to people of all ages and abilities. Our new facility, located at 427 Steele Street (at Killaly), is equipped with the latest, hi-tech machines to maximize workout time and space. Every membership comes with a free training session on the equipment and a copy of Gino Arcaro's book, Soul of a Lifter. Of course, we will provide access 24/7. No contract or hidden fees, and membership at X Fitness gets you "No HST" charged on all your supplement needs at SUPPLEMAX, located in the gym.
