EDC (2406 RENFREW STREET) DEVELOPMENT LTD.

EDC (2406 Renfrew Street) Development Ltd. is involved in the redevelopment of properties at 2406-2484 Renfrew Street, at the northeast corner of East Broadway and Renfrew Street, Vancouver. The project proposes a 15-storey mixed-use rental building with an amenity space under the City’s Moderate Income Rental Housing Pilot Program (MIRHPP). The project involves market and moderate-income rental homes and new retail at street level. The proposal will increase secured housing supply with the creation of 180 new homes for the community. The site will retain a retail presence along Broadway and located approximately a 5-minute walk away from Renfrew Station. The development also include a 6-storey rental building that will extend along Renfrew Street. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 14-storey mixed-use building with a 15th-floor rooftop amenity space, and a separate six-storey residential building.
