Mines d’Or Duparquet is a subsidiary of First Mining Gold, which wholly owns the Duparquet Gold Project, an advanced exploration and mining development asset located in the southern part of the Abitibi sub-province, one of Canada's most prolific gold mining camps, having produced over 190 million ounces of gold to date. The Duparquet Gold Project consists of several consolidated properties and exploration sites: Beattie, Donchester, Dumico, Central Duparquet, Porcupine East, Pitt Gold, and Duquesne. The Duparquet Gold Project is a multi-million ounce advanced exploration and mining development asset located in the southern part of the Abitibi sub province, approximately 50 km north of the city of Rouyn-Noranda. The deposit hosts a mineral resource of 3.4 Moz gold in the Measured and Indicated category, and an additional 1.6 Moz Au Inferred Resource, making it one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in North America. The project is located near the municipality of Duparquet in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, specifically on the Destor-Porcupine fault, known for its high gold mining potential. In January 2025, First Mining announced new drilling results from the 2024 Phase 3 diamond drilling program at its Duparquet Gold Project, identifying two new gold discovery zones during the expansion drilling at the Valentre target. Assay results for the newly discovered "Miroir Zone", located north of the Valentre target, returned 3.12 g/t Au over19.35 m, including 5.47 g/t Au over9.6 m. Further drill results from the program identified a second discovery, the "Aiguille Zone", occurring south of the Valentre target, returning 8.99 g/t Au over3.1 m. In total, 142* unique mineralized intercepts in 16 drill holes have been encountered in the Valentre expansion area, including the new discoveries at Miroir and Aiguille. These new drill results support a strong continuity in mineralization within theCentral Duparquet, Valentre and Dumico ("CVD") area, while highlighting an affinity for additional discovery zones with increasing exploration at the Duparquet Project.
