We use the latest digital technology (EtherCAT) to reduce the cost of wiring, installation, and commissioning. Our controllers are robust and scalable, they can handle multiple axes (Open Loop and or Closed Loop), multiple presses and multiple gags. Our controllers gather all the real time production data and save them in a SQL database. Optionally, the controller can connect and communicate with almost any databases or Production Management Systems to get the production recipes and send the production report. With an extra software module, the controller can read the CAD files and convert them to the part programs automatically. DSD Controls Inc. is an automation service provider.
