The clinic offers in-person, telephone, and video appointments. Clinic hours are Monday 9:00 am - 2:20 pm, Tuesday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am - 2:20 pm, Thursday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm, Friday Closed, Saturday Closed, Sunday Closed.
