Dr. Joy Shumka, BSc DC has enjoyed providing chiropractic health care for over 23 years. She grew up on the beautiful Saanich Peninsula. She approaches each patient as a unique individual with their own histories and experiences which ultimately shapes their health picture. She implements many different soft tissue and spinal adjusting techniques, including low force, to effectively manage, treat and ensure patient comfort. She also incorporates advice for stretching, strengthening, posture correction and nutrition to assist in promoting optimum spinal health and improving one's overall well-being. Dr. Joy offers Chiropractic Care, Spinal Decompression and Prescription Orthotics.
