DLD Environmental Services, Inc. (DLD), is a hazardous waste treatment and storage facility located at 331 Broad Street, Plainwell, Michigan. DLD is capable of receiving large volumes of hazardous waste including bulk tanker trucks. The facility consolidates waste in drums and containers, depacks and repacks lab packs, processes gas cylinders, performs acid/base neutralization and fuels blending. The facility also shreds metal containers, grinds glass containers and flattens drums that contained waste that has been consolidated. As a licensed treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF), DLD is capable of receiving large volumes of hazardous waste including bulk tanker trucks, but in general we specialize in lab pack and small bulk containers ranging in size from 2 to 55 gallons. These hazardous wastes include almost all chemical, medical, scintillation, and household hazardous wastes.
