David Di Lella is a founding partner of HORLICK LEVITT DI LELLA LLP. He practices civil litigation with a particular emphasis on personal injury litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defence and condominium law in Toronto and surrounding areas. He is also a founding partner at Levitt Di Lella Duggan & Chaplick LLP. David has successfully appeared before a variety of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. David represents clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas. His practice focuses on civil litigation, regulated health care professional disciplinary proceedings, insurance disputes, serious personal injury matters and condominium law.
