It is the largest non-profit housing provider on Vancouver Island, providing affordable, attractive, inclusive, and sustainable housing for residents within the capital region. The CRHC offers affordable rentals for low- to moderate-income people and also offers subsidized housing. The CRHC runs some properties in the Regional Housing First Program, with units for people who can live independently, with some support if needed.
