Core Counselling provides counselling, coaching and workshops that equip others to improve their lives. They believe in the effectiveness of counselling and aim to help people, armed with healthy resilience, overcome difficulties and foster life-giving relationships. Core Counselling offers individual support, supportive environments through Core Group, and targeted assistance through Core Coaching. Core Counselling and Healing Inc. offers counselling over the phone and video, as they know it can be difficult at times for clients to access counselling due to location or transportation. They offer rates at a sliding fee scale for low-income individuals and families and are also NIHB approved practitioners which allows them to offer free counselling services to First Nations and Inuit people.Core Therapy and Assessment Centre is a welcoming and inclusive space for you to rediscover your core self. Their mission is to create a safe and inviting space that enables you to sit back, share, and heal (virtually or in person).
