CFMS Consulting Inc. is Canada's leading independent third-party building commissioning company, established in 1992. They specialize in total building commissioning, LEED commissioning, re-commissioning, and retro-commissioning for new and existing buildings in various sectors. They are members of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA). CFMS-West was formally incorporated in 2004 and is an experienced, fully independent commissioning company, with particular experience in mechanical and electrical systems. CFMS-West also offers services like Energy Audits, Re/Retro Commissioning and facility management services support. CFMS has provided commissioning for notable York University projects such as the Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence, the New Student Centre, and most recently, the Neuroscience Laboratory and Research Building (underway).
