CANADIAN ZINC CORPORATION

Canadian Zinc Corporation, now known as NorZinc Ltd, is a mining company focused on the Prairie Creek zinc-lead-silver project located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The company's key project is the Prairie Creek Zn-Pb-Ag Mine. Canadian Zinc Corporation was previously listed on the TSX under the symbol CZN and on the OTCQB under CZICF. The company changed its name to NorZinc Ltd. on September 11, 2018, and began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new symbol NZC. The Prairie Creek Mine was initially developed in the 1980's, but never placed into production. In 2017 a Feasibility Study was completed on the Mine, which indicates Prairie Creek has significant reserves and resources.
