The Butcher's Edge is a full-service butcher shop specializing in air dried beef, fresh local pork, air chilled chicken, fresh Ontario lamb, and a deli. The store also offers a selection of European salamis, cold meats, and cheeses. They make over 10 varieties of sausage with no preservatives, most of which are gluten-free, and have a large selection of frozen seafood. The shelves are filled with a large selection of grocery items from local and imported products around the world. Freezer Packs are available. Butchers Edge is a Canadian equipment distribution company focused on providing value for meat and food processors. Founded in 2005 by Richard Picard.
