BTB is a real estate investment trust listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. BTB invests in industrial properties, suburban offices and essential retail properties across Canada for the benefit of its investors. As of June 25, 2019, BTB owns 67 commercial, office and industrial properties totaling approximately 5.7 million square feet, with a market value of nearly $900 million. The objectives of BTB are: i) to grow its income from its assets with the aim of increasing distributable income to support distributions, ii) to optimize the value of the assets through dynamic management to maximize the long-term value of its units, and iii) to generate tax-advantaged cash distributions for unit holders.
