Bill Melnik, owner of BRC, is an engineering graduate of Queen’s University and was an early pioneer in the research and development of adjustable workstation furniture in Canada. Bill supports a North American, community strong, manufacturing base where today’s youth are meaningfully employed while gaining skills from experienced mentors.
