LBC Financial Services Inc. (LBCFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laurentian Bank of Canada ("Laurentian Bank"), offers mutual funds, deposit products and financial planning services to Laurentian Bank customers. LBCFS distributes mutual funds through Mackenzie Investments. LBCFS is registered in all provinces as a Mutual Fund Dealer and in Quebec with the Autorité des marchés financiers in financial planning. It is regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). The liability of LBCFS is limited to the conduct of its representatives in the performance of their duties for LBCFS.
