BJS Company Ltd is part of the BJS Group and principally offers precision electroplating, precision electroforming, high quality silversmithing and sophisticated assembly of electroforms for industrial application. Established over 70 years ago, BJS Company are exclusive Royal Warrant Holders and operate an ISO9001 quality management system through the British Standards Institute. Electroplating services offered by BJS Company are hard gold, silver, bright nickel and rhodium plating. BJS also offers electroforming in copper, nickel silver and fine gold. Our products are used in many varied industries ranging from electrical contacts, jewellery, F1 car development, turbo charger manufacturers, medical research, where quality and consistency from batch-to-batch and from year-to-year are essential. Established in 1945, BJS is a third generation family company, offering computer-controlled, precision, silver, gold and rhodium electroplating and precision electroforming in copper, nickel, silver and gold. All work is carried out under a BSI audited ISO9001:2015 quality management systems. Uniquely, BJS can deposit under computer control up to 10 microns of gold directly on to stainless steel items, with capacity to accurately plate very large items for super yachts, VVIP aircraft, cars, homes, palaces & religious centres. BJS electroforms for trade silversmiths, complex components for many of the most important silver sporting trophies, hard gold plates sculptures for major artists and props for films. Industrial products include PCR thermal cycler heat exchangers, satellite receivers & turbo charger impellor wheel master patterns. All work is computer tracked, monitored and controlled to ensure both quality & reproducibility.
