The Bee & Thistle Winery is a Veteran, family-owned award-winning fruit winery in northern Saskatchewan, Canada, located northeast of Debden. They specialize in estate-grown haskap, rhubarb, and black currant fruit wines, producing two fortified dessert wines from haskap eau-de-vie and Haskap and Black Currant wines. The winery also offers a wine-based Frozen Mist slushy beverage. All wine is crafted in-house by a UC Davis certified Winemaker. The winery has won awards, including Canada Fruit Winery of the year in 2021 and 2022 by New York International Wine Competition. They are listed in their online store and are featured in local retail outlets and select restaurants. The winery offers tours by appointment or during the annual Haskap U-Pick/open house in July and August. The MacInnis Family “MacAonghais” showcase their heritage in their wines.
