As You Are Counselling (AYOUA) was created for individuals who do not fit into a certain mold determined by society, culture, or expectation. Our Registered Clinical Counsellors create a space to empower individuals through curiosity and courageous exploration. AYOUA specializes in neurodivergent-affirming clinical counselling for neurodivergent folks (professionally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, suspected, or questioning) and their loved ones. They offer in-person and online counselling. They work with neurotypes including Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, PDA, Sensory Processing Disorder, and HSP (Highly sensitive persons). AYOUA offers specialized mental health support for the Neurodivergent community including pre-diagnosis guidance, post-diagnosis care, misdiagnosis & late-diagnosis support, screening for adult Autism, ADHD, and PDA, and other services. They provide short-term therapy, long-term support, and anywhere in between. LGBTQIA2S+ and polyamorous folks are welcome!
