The company's first bottle was a Gamay named Hair of the Dog. After selling the first batch, focus shifted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The company currently produces Rosé, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Great wine is the result of passion, insanity, and friendship.
